On Wednesday 24th September 2025, Comber Council No 71 held their first meeting in their new home Moneyreagh Masonic Hall. The meeting opened with a packed Lodge room with our special guest the Deputy Great Chief Most E Sir Kt Arnold Imrie accompanied by the Grand Scribe Rt E Sir Kt Roger Gill. Once the business of the evening concluded the high light of the evening was the presentation of a fifty Year Jewel and Certificate by the Most E Great Chief assisted by the E Chief to Rt E Sir Kt Steve Bryans the Superintendent for the Greater Belfast Area. Rt E Sir Kt Jamie Wilson gave a short resume of Rt E Bryans Knight Mason career. Rt E Sir Kt Bryans having thanks all present. This was followed by a standing ovation for Steve. The meeting closed and the sir Knight retired to the dining room for scrumptious supper.
