Twenty years ago, VESK Joe Chiara was honoured to be the first E.Chief to take the chair at the consecration of the Calpe Council No 88 Gibraltar. On Friday 13th February 2026, as we celebrated our 20th anniversary Installation Meeting, he was delighted to take the chair once again. A wonderful evening spent in the company of many enthusiastic Sir Knights. A further celebration will take place in the Autumn.
