On Saturday 25th April 2026 a major took place when R.E. Sir Knight Richard Goodwin was installed as the first Provincial Grand Superintendent of the re-aligned Province of England South.
The M.E. Great Chief, M.E. Sir Knight Arnold Imrie conducted the installation of the R.E. Provincial Grand Superintendent and R.E. Provincial Deputy Superintendent, R.E. Sir Knight Ronald Bridger and proclaimed the V.E. Provincial Grand Scribe, V.E. Sir Knight Emlyn Carter.
40 Sir Knights attend the venue in Saxon Hall, Southend-on-Sea, which is the Provincial Headquarters for the Province of Essex where over 60 Lodges, over 40 Royal Arch Chapters, Mark Lodges and various other Masonic bodies meet.
