The Constitution of Wessex Council No. 128 took place in Winchester Masonic Centre on Monday 27th April 2026. 40 Sir Knights attended including the M.E. Great Chief, R.E. Deputy Great Chief, R.E. Grand Scribe, R.E. Assistant Great Chief for England North & Wales, R.E. Sir Knight David Monk; R.E. Assistant Great Chief for England South, R.E. Sir Knight Nigel Scott-Moncrieff; R.E. Sir Knight Richard Goodwin, Provincial Grand Superintendent for England South; R.E. Sir Knight Ronald Bridger, Provincial Grand Superintendent for England South; V.E. Sir Knight Emlyn Carter, Provincial Grand Scribe, England South.
R.E. Sir Knight D.Victor McNeill, Deputy Great Chief, conducted the Constitution & Dedication ceremony in the Council Chamber and R.E. Sir Knight Desmond McCormick, Provincial Deputy Grand Superintendent for Mid-Ulster acted as Grand Director of Ceremonies, and also installed the new Excellent Chief, E. Sir Knight Charles Aspinell.
After the ceremony, all present attended the festive lunch and Toasts we honoured.
