On Monday 28th September 2026 the R.E. Provincial Grand Council of England South was Constituted and Dedicated in Cardinal Hall, Oxford. The M.E. Great Chief conducted the ceremony at which there were 45 Sir Knight in attendance including the R.E. Assistant Great Chief for England North, R.E. Sir Knight Dr. Nigel Scott-Moncrieff and the R.E. Assistant Great Chief for England North & Wales, R.E. Sir Knight David W. Monk. R.E. Sir Knight Richard J. Goodwin was installed as Provincial Grand Superintendent and he installed R.E. Sir Knight Ronald Bridger as Deputy Grand Superintendent. The Provincial Grand Superintendent then proclaimed the Officers of the Provincial Grand Council in an exemplary manner.
